World-beating multi-fuel engine with low emissions

We have the exclusive world rights to manufacture and distribute a range of rotary engines with key patented technology which meets the demands of environmentalists and governments for power units that provide substantially lower emissions, lower noise levels, multi-fuel capability and which are lighter and cheaper than existing 4-stroke engines.

With just three moving parts the Rotapower® engine is as cheap to produce as a 2-stroke engine and more efficient than a 4-stroke piston engine. The engines can produce anything from 1hp to more than 300hp and are modular in construction. They are suitable for many applications including: generators, pumps, garden equipment, marine, aviation, hybrid cars, motor cycles and general tools. The market is enormous with more than 160 million per year in the range of 1hp – 300hp.

We have received interest and letters of intent for more than 500,000 engines per year and we are ready to establish a production line. Our objective is to become a major force in producing environmentally friendly power units and to seek an IPO on AIM within 12 – 18 months and to produce more than 1 million engines per year within 5 years.

A strong management team is already in place and will be extended as the business develops.

Distributors and sub-licensees have already been established for North America, UK, Holland, Belgium, Northern Germany, India, Middle East and Australia. Manufacturing will initially be established in Europe and USA, followed by additional facilities in India and Eastern Europe.

Management believes that substantial grants will be available to develop the core business once production is up and running.

The market opportunity for environmentally friendly engines is enormous and there has never been a better time to bring this product to market. Additionally, there are opportunities to produce branded products including: generators, pumps and compressors.
