Premium whisky production in northern-most Scottish IslesWe are currently producing superior brands of Gin, Vodka and Whisky on mainland Scotland, and now plan to build a distillery on one island in the Shetlands - the only significant area in Scotland without a distillery. Aim: To build a distillery to start production and increase sales. Also, to export our product range globally. There are very few vintage whiskys in the marketplace. Our new distillery will produce an exceptional product, being located so far north of the Shetlands.
